特點：該生產線采用大烘筒羊毛毯帶壓合與長烘箱烘干優化組合的復絨技術、絨布印刷及短烘箱烘干的一體技術以及拋光海綿平臺接頭與絨布熱熔接頭的組合技術，通過帶有羊毛毯帶壓著的大烘筒壓合與長烘箱烘干使得拋光海綿復絨的速度大大提高，通過印刷裝置印刷與短烘箱烘干使得拋光海綿復絨印刷一機完成，通過設置拋光海綿接頭平臺與絨布熱熔接頭裝置使得換卷時間大大縮短，提高了生產效率。
