Primed and prepared area inside of longitudinal. Dupont etching primer and Rust-o-lieum is used. Interesting observation is that the flange is removed from the longitudinal that is "sandwiched" to the door sills. Another observation is the flanged areas shown were changed to fit my installation. Longitudinals require some changing to fit properly in most applications.
