Top photo clearly shows butt welded rocker and fender replacement metal. Same treatment as top photo description. (See photo 17 description). Middle photo shows how butt welds can disappear on a properly "worked" panel. Bottom photo shows primed panel needing absolutely no fillers. I got lucky on this panel. Generally, some or very little filler or a greater build up of primer is needed.
