The headlight area is a tricky area to repair. The bucket MUST be removed. Paper was placed over the opening and a template was made for relocating the placement of the bucket opening. All bad metal was removed. The outer skin areas were replaced first. The paper template was put back in place and the opening traced on the new metal. The excess was trimmed leaving a perfect hole. The inside flange was later welded in place. All welds were cleaned up and filed.
