Right door post meets rocker panel. Weld is small and clean. A die grinder works well cleaning up this area. Note: Clean door radius on rocker panel that matches radius of door. A little heat and mild hammering and this can be obtained. You can also see where the rocker is butt welded to the door post and outer skin. I overlap no outer panels.
